TIPP: WASH ALL THE FRUITS WELL

Ingredients

  • 200 gr. oats

  • 250 ml. coconut drink

  • 1 sliced apple

  • 3 tbsp. honey

  • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon powder

Preparation steps

STEP 1

Pour the 200 ml. cocnut drink into a pot and heat it until it simmers. Use medium heat.

STEP 2

Now add the 200 gr. oats  into the pot with the already hot coconut drink.

STEP 3 

Let the oats soften and turn them with a cooking spoon so that they don't stick to the pot. Add 1 tbsp. cinnamon powder and 3 tbsp. of honey to the oats.

STEP 4 

 

After about 10 min. when the oatmeal is soft enough, then serve in a bowl with a fresh diced apple and sprinkle it with 1 tbsp. sesame seeds. Nice meal !
