This training challenge is all about building healthy muscles and gaining muscle mass within one month by using a split training and really giving it all you got. The 1:30 hours split training sessions are separated in 5 different combination groups. The muscle groups that are going to be trained isolated during the week are: 1.Legs, 2.Back and Biceps, 3.Triceps and Shoulders, 4. Legs and Shoulders and 5.Back and Biceps. Theres a rest day on day 3 and after your workout week enjoy day 7 as a rest day.
