4 cups (120 g) baby spinach

1 hass avocado pitted and peeled

2 bananas peeled and frozen

¾ cup (80 g) frozen raspberries

1 teaspoon spirulina powder

Toppings: shredded coconut, chia seeds, date syrup, amaranth
Preparation steps

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
