Ingredients

  • ½ cup (120 ml) unsweetend almond milk

  • 4 cups (120 g) baby spinach

  • 1 hass avocado pitted and peeled

  • 2 bananas peeled and frozen

  • ¾ cup (80 g) frozen raspberries

  • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder

  • Toppings: shredded coconut, chia seeds, date  syrup, amaranth

Preparation steps

STEP 1

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.

STEP 2

Pour the smoothie into a bowl and decorate the bowl with the  toppings. Now go and enjoy your meal !
