Ingredients

Preparation steps

  • 1 organic apple

  • 1 Baby banana

  • 50 gr. dates (without seed)

  • 50 gr. of raisins

  • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds

  • 2 tbsp. Amaranth

  • 2 tbsp. sesame seeds

  • 2 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon powder

STEP 1

Pour the dates, raisins, sesame seeds, amaranth, and cinnamon powder into a hand blender and mix it through.

After having a nice texture form some energy balls.

STEP 2

 

Now cut the organic apple into dices and the baby banana (Lady Finger banana) into fine slices and serve decorated with cinnamon powder in a bowl with the energy balls.
