Preparation steps
Spelt Bread:

500 gr. spelt flour

1 tsp. sea salt

3 tsp. sesame seeds

3 tbsp. chia seeds

2 tbsp. pumpkin seeds

2 tsp. curcuma powder

2 tbsp. rasins
-
1 package of dry yeast
-
400 ml. lukewarm pure water
STEP 1
Take a big bowl and add into it:

500 gr.spelt flour

1 tsp. sea salt

1 package dry yeast

1 tbsp. sesame seeds

1 tsp. chia seeds
-
2 tbsp. curcuma powder

2 tbsp. rasins
-
1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds

400 ml. lukewarm pure water
Then take a hand mixer and mix the dough through until it has a very sticky texture. After that let the dough rest for 30 min. and cover it with some foil and a kitchen towel. Also, let it stand in a warm place.
STEP 2
After 30 min the bread should be ready for the next steps. So let's form (if it's too sticky put some little more dough to it) a loaf with the bread at first and place it on the baking tray.
STEP 3
Then brush a fresh teaspoon of olive oil on the upper side of the bread and sprinkle it with 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds, 2 teaspoons of chia seeds and 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds. After that put it for another 30 min. at 200 °C in the oven. with circulating air.
STEP 4
Take out the fresh bread and cut a slice and serve with some of the fresh self-made hummus and some additionals as you like (olives, cherry tomatoes, hummus with watercress, and other Dr. Sebi alkaline foods).
